CSS expert trainers Christine Senediak and Samuel Vasta will return to Singapore in October 2026 to deliver face-to-face supervisor training and a 1-day Supervisor Master Class.
All workshops include comprehensive notes and a Supervision Resources Manual. Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea are provided.
Workshops are open to all allied health and medical staff interested in developing clinical supervision skills.
Workshops may also be undertaken by Australian psychologists as an AHPRA-approved supervisor training workshop or masterclass.

Competency-Based Supervision
2-day workshop

Description:
This 2-day workshop will provide you with fundamental skills in setting up and conducting clinical supervision within a competency-based framework. You will learn how to set up a supervisory contract, establish a working alliance, set goals matched to the developmental level of the supervisee and manage and evaluate supervision contexts incorporating best practice standards and reflective practice. The workshop will also provide opportunities to review ethical and practice challenges including evaluative feedback. There will be video examples and opportunities for class and small group discussion and practice across both days. This Certificate Course includes a 2-day workshop providing you with fundamental skills in setting up and conducting clinical supervision within a competency-based framework. In addition to the workshop (14 hrs), participants complete a pre-workshop digital Supervision Workbook covering fundamentals of supervision (40 hrs) and attend a post-workshop interactive Zoom session (2 hrs).

Description:
This interactive workshop builds supervisors’ capability to establish, maintain and strengthen a strong supervisory alliance grounded in professional integrity, cultural humility and reflective and reflexive practice. Participants will explore a clear framework for creating a strong alliance and learn how to recognise and respond to miss-attunement, stuck points, rupture, or relational strain. The workshop provides opportunities to identify and address challenges that can lead to ruptures or strain within supervision. Through case examples, discussion and experiential activities, supervisors will enhance their capacity to recognise and work with relational dynamics, countertransference and parallel process. The workshop will be useful for social workers, psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, allied health and experienced practitioners who have at least 5 years' clinical and supervisory experience and who have already undertaken introductory supervisor training.
