Terms and Conditions
Payment:
Payment can be made by PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cheque.
Unpaid applications are not accepted.
No payments can be made on the day of the workshops.
Where the employer is paying for your workshop attendance, an invoice must be provided by the employer for your registration to be accepted.
Please note that bank transfers may take up to five working days. It is the responsibility of the attendee to follow up that payment has been received. Please state Name and Psych Registration Number as reference when making bank transfer so payment can be tracked. No responsibility can be taken where insufficient identify information is provided.
Withdrawal and Refund:
Refund of 50% of fee paid with more than 30 days notice from the course date
Refund of 25% of fee paid with 14-30 days notice from the course date
No refund given with less than 14 days notice from the course date
All refund requests must be made in writing. CSS does not accept responsibility for changes in personal circumstances or work commitments of participants. Fees are non-refundable once a workshop has commenced.
If you are unable to make the workshop on the day due to illness, you can transfer to another workshop (in the calendar year) if there is availability. A doctor's certificate is required. Payment of an additional $80.00 (for each day missed), is required to cover administrative and catering costs for the next workshop. No refund is given less than 14 days notice regardless of reason.
Change of Booking:
Transfer to another workshop incurs a $25.00 administrative fee. No transfer allowed within 14 days of workshop start date. You can transfer your registration to another person however a $25.00 administrative fee is charged. Only one change of booking time is allowed and must be made within the calendar year.
Privacy:
CSS acknowledges and respects the privacy of individuals and will not distribute your personal details to any third party.
CSS reserves the right to terminate a person’s participation in the workshop if they breach CSS privacy and ethical conditions associated with workshop attendance, if the person does not agree to CSS terms and conditions. Upon registration your email address will be added to the CSS newsletter and mailing list, unless specifically requested not to be added. You can request to be removed from the mailing list.
Cancellation of Workshop:
In the event that there are insufficient registrations for a workshop the workshop may be cancelled and a full refund of the course fees will be given to participants.
Online Course - Component 1: PsyBA Supervisor Training:
Registrants must complete the online course a minimum of 5 days prior to the two day workshop. Those that do not succesfully complete the online course and pass the test prior to the two day workshop will not be able ot partake in the course. Registrants will not be eligible for a refund.
Registration Notice Cut-off Date:
All registrations must be received by the nomination closing date. If you are using an organisational code to enrol as part of subsidized program you must enrol by the cut-off date and complete all prerequisite online course material. If you do not enrol and complete the online course you will not be eligible to participate as part of the subsidized organisational booking.
Master Classes:
AHPRA require that all participants pass an in class self- assessment on the material covered in the workshop. It takes about 15 minutes to complete. You will find all the answers are covered in the class. The test is open book and all participants find the questions relate to the material covered in the workshop. You should have no problem to pass if you actively participate in the workshop.
Submitting the Forms to AHPRA:
You are required to submit the relevant forms to AHPRA on completion of either the Full Training for new supervisors ABAS-76 or Master Class MBAS-76 http://www.psychologyboard.gov.au/Registration/Forms.aspx CSS provides a list of successful participants who have completed each training program.
